The elegance of Primitivo in its purest expression.
Bosco di Monticello comes from the Guagnano vineyards, in the heart of Salento, where the Primitivo slowly ripens under the September sun. The hand-picked grapes ferment in temperature-controlled stainless steel and age for several months with a brief stint in wood, which enhances its complexity and smoothness.

Negroamaro
In the heart of Salento, Negroamaro is rooted in calcareous-clay soil, caressed by the sun and the winds of the Ionian Sea. This combination gives rise to wines with a bold and authentic character.
In the glass, it displays a deep red color with garnet highlights. On the nose, it offers aromas of ripe red fruits, Mediterranean herbs, and light balsamic notes.
On the palate it is harmonious and velvety, with a pleasant freshness that balances its natural softness and a long, slightly bitter finish — an unmistakable signature of Negroamaro Salentino.
